Cancellation policy

Pre-Order & Cancellation

• Custom-made products:
  By placing the order, individual production is initiated. Cancellation is no longer possible once processing has begun. A partial refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
  No right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.
• Non-customized items:
  Pre-orders can be canceled as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Our right of withdrawal applies:
